Developing Women through Sports

The Ngutuk All Stars football team has grown beyond just a competitive squad; it has become a vital support network for 30 women in the community. Through sport, these women find empowerment, solidarity, and a platform to address social challenges such as gender inequality, health awareness, and economic empowerment.

By participating in regular training and local tournaments, team members build confidence, leadership skills, and physical fitness. The team also organizes community outreach programs that use sports as a tool to promote education, violence prevention, and positive social change.

This initiative demonstrates how sports can serve as a powerful catalyst for women’s development, fostering resilience and creating opportunities in communities where traditional roles often limit their potential.
